Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reverse U/W website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Reverse U/W LLC ("Reverse U/W," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Reverse U/W provides mortgage readiness workflow and analytical tools for real estate professionals and related teams. The Services help organize applicant information and highlight common profile-readiness factors.

Reverse U/W is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or financial advisor. The Services do not constitute lending, credit, or legal advice. Strong Profile, Needs Review, and Further Evaluation Needed labels are not lending decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, scraping or reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or using the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for how you use information obtained through the Services and for ensuring your use complies with applicable mortgage, real estate, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete. Platform insights and profile outcome distribution are not guarantees of financing, strong profile outcomes, or loan terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERSE U/W LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reverse U/W LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, risk to the platform, or as required by law.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
